Minutus

In a case of vocal cord problem, the patient has to strain while talking. it aggravates when the sugar level comes down & increase of acidity. Causticum, Arg. Nit etc. couldn't helped much. After laryngoscopy, it has found that the right side of vocal cord is not functioning only one cord is functioning. could you please give suggestions & remedies?. This happens due to ESRD also. Which medicines can help ESRD (esophagal reflex disease)
