Homeopathic Study Trip to India
Linda Shannon and Angie Metzger are organising their 8th annual study course which takes place in a village setting close to Kolkata India for 2 weeks in February 2013.
This is a small group of maximum 10 people and will involve a complete immersion in Indian culture and I=ndian classical homeopathy at its best. We will be sitting in on clinics, visiting mental health clinics serving poor communities, travelling to the Sundarban National Park (tiger sanctuary area) and offering clinics to the very poor local people there.
There will be a focus on mental health. Classes will be held at the home and clinics of our teachers Drs Kalyan, Dilip and Kalishankar Bhattacharyea, often overlooking the river Ganges. They each have clinical experience of about 30 years in busy clinics. Participants will see many cases involving homeopathic treatment of pathology, mental illness etc. Accommodation will be in the homes of local people.
