New Memeber questions

I am looking for someone to help me. I live in Central Florida (The Villages). Is there an area to go to for recommendations or does someone know of on in my area? I have low thyroid, candida, lichen sclerosis, ocular ane facial rosacea. . I was going to do NAET to see if that helps, but heard mixed reviews. Thanks for your help.
