simillimum (aphorism 246). How can we know you have a simillimum without
testing it first? We can not know this because we do not always give the
correct remedy. Giving a distant partial simillimum or wrong remedy for
weeks or months is not very good. This will produce accessory symptoms or a
dissimilar aggravation. This is another reasons for going slow in the
beginning and speeding up if necessary. Slow in the beginning means fast in
the end.
