Has anyone ever used iatrogenic remedies? I am thinking of using Seroxat in potency with a patient who has PSSD from this drug or at least he is convinced he has. He has been off Seroxat since last June. I have given him a constitutional Rx which he has done well on but it didn’t hold in the 200 and in the 1M has taken a week or so to kick in and dealt with some of his anxieties again so I am just thinking ahead here in case this doesn’t hold.
I am interested in knowing posology – what potency is most effective when giving an iatrogenic Rx
