Hi All,

I would like to know if there is any specific treatment for
molluscum contagiosum. I am giving constitutional but it seems to
recur after bursting open. Does antimiasmatic help??

I have had 2 cases of Molluscum both cured with a constitutional. In first
case it was Carc. and the second Ars. There has been no reoccurrence so I
suggest that maybe you repeat the remedy at a higher potency. In both cases
the pustules burst before healing.

Homeopathy is primarily done by matching the symptoms of the patient with
those know to be caused by the remedy during a proving. Sometimes, due to
lack of specific symptoms one uses remedies that are documented as being
useful for a condition i.e.based on diagnosis. In this case Silica is
one(Boericke).
The other one is using the nosode.

first try with increasing the potency. I will keep antimiasmatic
and Sil in mind.
