Urgent - swollen foot

I have a patient with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia who has been taken to hospital with a swollen left foot which is presumed infected and is on an antibiotic drip. I gave him Apis 6 to take in with him with instructions to repeat every 30 mins for up to 10 doses a la S Banerjea. He took them and said that the pain stopped but the swelling did not go down. Today the swelling is worse- it is from the toes to the ankles, hot , dull red, he didn’t think it was pitting when I asked him to press and see if it stayed in (he said it didn’t). He has taken 3 dry doses of 30C today and the swelling is not going down.
Does anyone think I should go up to 200 or change the remedy and if so to what? Ars is top of my rep but he didn’t sound particularly anxious about it although this of course could be a front as he was certainly was when I saw him earlier this week about his condition/poor prognosis , He has told me he is much better about it now after seeing me – we did a lot of EFT and I did give him a remedy. He had refused chemo when it was suggested to him and has gone on the Budwig diet.
Thanks
Rochelle
