breathing deeply # just breathing -- which rubric to take??

Hi,
If a patient tells you that only when he takes a *deep* inspiration he has pain in his right hypochondrium (=Lye) -- will you also take the rubric "pain in right hypochondria, inspiration" (=Ran-be)??
In the repertory -- does just "inspiration" include DEEP inspiration too??
This is a general question too about specify of rubrics and which nto take.
