We had a request about yellow fever vaccination and whether it is really required for visits to Uganda?

A Yellow Fever vaccination is compulsory if you are travelling from an infected area. No other vaccinations are compulsory

So if you are not travelling to an infected area you should not require it.
Colleagues with experience, please advise what a traveller to such areas should do.
