Help with Pup

Hello!
We recently purchased a Chocolate Lab. As you know, they have very sweet
temperments.
This one was already a year old, and has had at least 3 owners in this
timeframe. We heavily suspect some abuse due to her emotional responces
to things. I've given her Staphesagria, with wonderful results, and she
seemed to be a new dog after a couple hours.
A few days ago, we had a Mother Cat incident. Momma Cat just had
kittens, which we haven't seen, and don't know where they are. But,
she's very agitated. She decided to play karate cat with the dog. The
dog was just minding her own business walking along beside the house,
when the cat jumped up and at her sideways and put all her claws into
the side of the dog! She has done this twice.
Now, the dog is terrified of cats... whereas before, there was no fear
of cats. She will not cross the threshold of the front door if any cats
are in view..... even if she has to pee. She's had a couple unfortunate
accidents, as she wouldn't go out when she really needed to because of
fear.
I am wondering if anyone would have some ideas of a good remedy to use.
