Hahnmeann was not without errors and of course had a limited resources.
Had he been alive today I always wonder what other discoveries he would have made.
However, the results of his careful experiments are there for us to see. If you think that there were flaws in his experiments, by all means repeat them.
Why not reprove Ars and see if you can add to his list of symptoms.
Hn did make errors based on his limited scientific knowledge.

We will have a good discussion about PSORA when we get to it in our discussion of Organon.
But when it comes to the basis of 'symptom similarity' or the use of single remedy, then he was ABSOLUTELY spot-on.

There are radical views shown all the time when it comes to Hahnemann and Homeopathy, but you have to look behind the view that is being expressed to perceive the reasons for it. If we look at one subject: the use of LM potencies, we know that these were used effectively by Hahnemann, and are being used effectively today by many homeopaths around the world, and yet I have seen across the years posts by people saying that Hahnemann didn't know what he was doing at that stage in his life, that LM's are unusable and that new potencies are needed. Also views expressed that LM's are just not needed as C's are adequate and that there is no point in using them. Why would people express these views when they plainly are useable and can be more effective in managing chronic disease than the C potencies? There can be multiple reasons:

Laziness in not wanting to put in the effort to understand the use of a different range of potencies.

Ego that stops one from acknowledging that they are failing to understand the correct application of this potency range, and stops one from asking advice from colleagues.

An inability to understand, but a fear of asking due to not wanting to appear less able than those around them.

Always look beyond the radical view and ask what others within homeopathy are achieving with the tools at hand. A wise man asks for help from those with more experience and acknowledges his own limitations.
