Thank you so much for this conversation, everyone. It was wonderful to hear the stories and also the perspectives of everyone about this subject. Much of my life and practice is around animals, particularly horses, and I see that their emotions and past experience is very much a part of their life in the moment. They are clearly not just acting on instinct, as many people would have it, but think out many of the things that they do. I can't thank them enough for all that I've learned from them about working with animals and even people. Animals are very generous spirits and should be honored and not thought of as "less than" by anyone. They have much to teach us.
