She sat the Faculty of Homeopathy exams towards the end of 2010 and got top marks!

SS is a 5 year old girl and when seen initially she was already diagnosed with ASD and the mother who is a senior lecturer and a PhD in Pharmacology graduate gives the following history
Pretreatment state:
Feb 8 2010
Physically she is of slightly underweight and below the height for age, and of normal appearance.
Milestones, turned at 8 months, walked at 20 months. First word ‘Mi” at 12 months
Mental
* Repeats phrases and rhymes
* Speech is very limited
* Always holding a pot holder
* Is toilet trained but sometimes will only tell not by speech but by pointing after she has wet herself especially when not at home
* Does not play with siblings or school mates, will kick beat and scratch them if disturbed
* Cries a lot and has tantrums
* Babbles to herself
* Short attention span
* Not interested in learning
* Startles easily
* Covers face with hands when meeting strangers
* No eye contact
Physical symptoms
* Gagging after food sometimes
* Sweating over head and body, very easily
* Poor appetite
* Drinks a lot of milk 12 bottles per day
Mother’s pregnancy history
Mum’s pregnancy was reportedly uneventful except that she was busy doing her Phd when she was pregnant with SS and the birth was a normal self vaginal delivery,
Family history
* Mum- speech at 3+ years.
* Dad - walk at 3+ years
* Sibling walked at 14 months,
* Paternal uncle attended special needs school
* Another paternal uncle had colorectal cancer
Physical examination
A normal looking girl who is slightly small for her age, thin and active.
Teeth are good, heart is Dual rhythm , no murmurs
Skin is clear
