Why do you have such a refined small set of remedies compared to Rochelle?

Ellen, the list of remedies Rochelle provided is for finger joints that crack spontaneously, as some people's knees do upon rising from a crouch.

The habit of cracking finger joints, though, is probably no more than a habit, something people adopt via example and not a symptom of their state of health. People seem to learn it from each other, just as they learn to drum their fingers or to flick a writing pen around their thumb. The feeling that sometimes reminds them to crack their joints (finger or neck or elsewhere) may reflect their state of health; but the majority of people who get that feeling may not have ever learnt this habit, or the feeling may only arise from the habit itself (as the feeling for a cigarette arises only from smoking them). If there's anything to suggest that it's a reliable symptom of something more than exposure to others doing the same thing, I'd be interested to know.
