advice please- aggravation

Patient has just phoned and is having what sounds like a bad aggravation from the remedy. She says she has been in pain with the post shingles neuralgia all night and aching all over. Although it is possible that this is an aggravation before a cure I am going to presume that I have given her the Rx too strong and will take her round an Ars 30 in the hopes it will take the aggravation down.

I gave her Ars 200 – one dose. She is a very lively 75 yr. old. Right sided pain, chilly, anxiety , restlessness, fastidious, claustrophobia in narrow places and crowds, hard pressure amel , wakes after midnight, light touch very painful. I felt Ars was the best fittum. 10 mins after the Rx the pain suddenly got worse. We got the pain down with EFT back to the usual state but couldn’t touch it with EFT on its own.
I live in hope!! She has cut down on the medication from 3 a day to one a day because it made her so clumsy. She didn’t feel it was doing much for the pain either. She only takes and morphine liquid very occasionally. She also takes hypertensives, statins, anti-acids.

Tautopathics can help too for detoxing and getting thru the "haze" and open a door to receptibilty of your remedy.
By my way of thinking, since she's only asking you to treat 1 problem and since all her other medications are "treating" all her other problems, then look more to the pathological, clinical remedy, lower potency.
comment about ran-b - I found to be very excellent, but more so when there are respiratory sx also in the overall picture, (not necessarily directly related)
comment about rhus-t - also excellent on clinical side, esp where the overall picture includes "rhus type" things like fever, joint pains.
