Who paid for the study? It is my understanding that at the present time there is no state law in any state that requires vaccination of children under any circumstances. When a judge sentences parent or guardians for not vaccinating their children they are operating beyond the law which is an illegal act. We must remind the judges that they are charged with enforcing law, not creating it on the fly.

Ask the judge if he is aware of the federal program for vaccine injury. Inform him that the concept of vaccination has never been double-blind studied and there have been no proven benefits associated with the practice which many doctors from both the past and present have strong issues with.

Stand your ground and demand that the courts operate within the confines of the law. Caveat Emptor! Carmi Hazen

And since when does the law count when they want to terrorize the public on a given issue!
States tend to view vaccine refusal as a parental neglect/abuse issue. The assumption is that
the medical industry standards are valid and the only ones with validity. Further, individual battles
are not enought to change precedent. Nor are studies such as this. A mass concerted effort to
gather all this information needs to occur and class action suits need to won against the FDA and
the pharmaceutical corporations. There also needs to be a big publicity campaign waged enlisting
big names such as Robt Kennedy Jr. A few individual poster cases would also be needed to
personalize the experience for people. This needs to be a big effort--much more so than a study or
a case here and there.
