51 years old, male person has constant noise in the right ear. It started in 1996 when he had too much pressure at work (he is anaesthesiologist).
It is worse from weather change, especially when rain is coming.
Worse from stress (when he works too much).
Better from rest (when on vacation)
The noise is like chirping of cicadas.
I found the following rubrics in Kent

Hi,
I was unable to totally cure tinnitus in a px who came to me 2 years after the tinnitus started. Had vertigo and nausea so was diagnosed as Menniers. Lots of mental symptoms and very bothered by human voices as well as noise such as in the train. Worse company. Same reaction to dampness. Feels like the ear has something swelling when it is damp outside. Profuse perspiration. Pencil like stools.
Phos took away the vertigo (room whirling) and nausea.
Mental symptoms and tinitus continue at a lower level.
I think he came to me too late to cure the tinitus.
