Dear colleagues
Based on the reply below, I suggest if you wish to sell your RADAR that you contact the organisation which sold you the licence.

Hi Soroush,

Strictly speaking this is true according to the licence, and it may be an issue at the moment as some people will have both Radar 10.5 and RadarOpus - pre-existing Radar users for instance who are upgrading.

The licence is a personal licence and strictly speaking cannot be transferred. This has recently been introduced to stop the practice - which may happen in some countries - of a user selling on their Radar program but keeping their RadarOpus program - therefore in effect splitting the licence.

I can tell you that in the UK and Ireland I have never prevented anyone from selling their complete Radar licence to another homeopath. I have not even charged anyone any administration fee for re-registering the program in another's name, not that there have been many instances of this.

I hope this clarifies things for you. I cannot speak for what happens in other countries, where local practices may vary.

Best Regards

Phil
Dear Phil
There is currently a discussion going on MINUTUS whereby someone wishes to sell their RADAR programme and others are saying that this is not permitted under the original purchase agreement.
Can you please clarify.

Maybe people should ask Radar directly. They are very helpful in my experience.
Best,
