Appology for Mistaken Message: Radar Replaces Dongles
Posted: Tue Apr 26, 2011 3:25 pm
Hi,
I am very sorry. I sent out a mistaken understanding of Radar's policy. Radar has made no changes in their policy. Replacement of a lost or broken Dongle costs 100 dollars. They ask that you insure your CD's and dongle just to avoid the hassel of replacement. You would never have to buy the program again if you lost any part of it. Even after 10 years, they still work with customers. That is a kind of service that is not common in today's market.
So what I said is totally false. I should have contacted Radar and asked before I said anything so inflamatory.
I am very sorry. It is hard to take back what is put up on the internet and many people will miss this message. So this is my bad Karma.
Blessings,
Ellen Madono
