NC Felony bill postponed again

FYI: The calls, emails and negative press may be working!

The bill in the North Carolina legislature that would make practicing medicine without a license a felony has been postponed on the House floor for the third time today.

We were expecting a sympathetic amendment today, one that would make it a felony only for someone to pose as a *licensed* practitioner. That would be very helpful to our cause, but I do not know if the amendment was put forward today or not.

Thanks so much for your continued support!

Sent this to several other lists that brought some activism.
When I called the governor's office the person taking the message
sounded like she had been getting lots of calls on this. She was not
hostile, just impatience.
I think this effort is very important as regulating health care is essentially
a state's right issue. It makes the federal mandating of vaccines really illegal.
But that is another battle. So the tactic is to get each state to pass bills that
comply with Codex and Codex demands that all holistic products and practices
be eliminated/made illegal.
Arizona, proving itself to be a blatantly fascistic state as seen in its immigration
bills, has also attacked holistic healing with similar licensing bills. That one is
just as dangerous as the NC potential bill. I think we were very lax on responding
to that bill, to our detriment
