Re - OK this is funny - case management

To restate the problem and what has happened since:-
1. He came to me in February with this itchy highly coloured red rash on and off for the last few years, left arm , and now new for him , neck and chest.
2. He is very arrogant and demanding and sends me updates every 2 days. His latest email states:-

I originally put him on Mez 30 - WP which he took for 4 days and it stopped much of the itching. He then took it every 4th day I now believe. Due to my misinterpreting what he said - i.e. I thought the Rx had stopped working I gave him 1 Mez 200 pillule to take. He had an agg of the itching and not much improvement to the red skin tone.
He came in for a follow up and I put him back on the Mez 30 WP - 5 succussions , 5 drops daily. Lots of improvement. We went to every other day and itching got worse. Went back to daily and after a couple of weeks redness to neck and chest gone - no itch there . 95% less redness to arm area , skin tone and dryness improving with constant moisturisation. On 9th March suggested succussing 10 times and 5 drops . Now 97% less redness to arm 5-10 sec scratching to arm required once an hour per day. and he says this is now getting back to what it was like before he saw me and before the agg that prompted him to seek my help. How it is now , he says he can have weeks like this and then nothing for a few months and the it will start again with no reason to it.
I wanted to test that it was the Mez 30 WP that was causing the improvement so I told him to stop the Rx . I received this.

Advised to stop.
Tues 16th March - No remedy taken
Wed 17th No remedy taken
Thur 18th No remedy taken
Results: Same as last update, but 75% of the 5-10 second scratchings required to
arm on occasion now require deeper more intense scratchings till subsides,
although still bearable
Skin to arm now staying permanently red again, to about 25% of worse
previous redness condition.
Other 25% of 5-10 second scratchings are still light and not as intense.
Frequency of 5-10 scratchings still same at, on average, a dozen times per
day.

I then told him to restart :-

went back on 10 bangs about
1.20am this morning (Sat) and already that backwards 25% reddy colour is fading. ...and
hopefully will go back to being where it was at a good 97% skin colour again over the next
few days or so.

Is there someone more experienced than me can look at these results and give me an idea where to go from here?
a) Is this remedy just Palliating
b) Should I stick with a remedy and potency tat seems to be working
c) Dare I try the Mez 200 only this time in a WP (last time it was 1 pillule once) daily
d) Should I stop the Mez , which he has confidence in and change the Rx probably for Gadolinium because of the autonomy in the case or give it and continue the Mez 30 WP
e) Try an intercurrent nosode like Psorinum again either stopping the Mez WP or continuing with it.
