Water used by Chernobyl residents who are not getting cancer

I got this information from a friend who works with radiation from
electrical goods. I am wondering if this water described below could
be made into a remedy and tested? How would one go about it? The
current crisis is only going to build even if the reactors are
supplied with electricity and cooled by pumping water in as it seems
will be happening soon.

Since your email and getting to someone who has a tv, I have learned of the
extent of the challenges facing Japan since the earthquake and tsunami. It
is beyond imagination! I hope you and your family are safe and reunited.
Just wanted to let you know that GIA is going to be donating iH2O activators
to Japan starting very soon. This is the water which was a result of the
Chernobyl accident. They found one valley in the Cacasus Mountains which
was in the quarantined area where the people who had been exposed were not
dying of cancers like they were everywhere else from radiation exposure.
The difference as found by a team of scientists was their water supply...not
something in the water but the structure. Dr. Igor Smirnov (see attached
info) discovered how to recreate the frequencies which occurred naturally
there in the activator which changes good quality purified water into
structured (linear structure) water. This makes it much more readily
available to the cells and helps the body rebalance and detoxify.
