little red spider veins on face/nose

I've had some water damage work done. They put plastic up everywhere because
the small area had lead paint..and some mold. Today, my mother has little red
veins ..tiny marks on her face..And my daughter in law who was here for a few
hours has the same thing on her nose. They were going back and forth through
the kitchen on a cloth streamer they had put down..so dust from what they had
broken down off wall was probably on that streamer from their shoes. I had my
usual allergic reaction to anything like this...brain feels cloudy and
dopey..and while i don't get migraines anymore..it was a premigranous
state..now i just cough up stuff. Have any ideas?
