Dear all,
Has anyone had success? Some success (re symptoms) with ledum here. Mainstream medicine says it can't be eliminated but . . .
Thanks,
Margaret in Boston

NO.1 action
Check they are not taking anything with ASPARTAME in it.
Even little amounts of it can cause joint pain!
If you need more info, please let me know.

Had a family member, age 32, have a stroke and they said it was lupus.
Then they added that it was genetic. Never any signs/sx before.
Thought that there may have been a genetic change (epigenetics?)
which may have caused it.
So, you may want to consider this in the case.

I once had a patient in whom lupus, which appeared to have been triggered by the breakdown of his marriage, mysteriously regressed again after a thorough casetaking, without treatment. Not only is the condition curable; it is amenable to "spontaneous" remission.
It's worth remembering that lupus is not a disease as such but a degenerative condition, subject to considerations similar to those affecting other degenerative conditions, especially the effects of stressors and supporters of the immune system.
Of course, there are substances known to have induced it too, and these are worth looking at as having the potential to be homoeopathic. But the clearest first step is for the patient to adopt, if possible, a radically healthier lifestyle that boosts the immune system and eliminates undue stressors (including, as Soroush has noted, aspartame), especially stressors of immune function.
Kind regards,
John

Hi Margaret
I've had success with a lupus patient using Spph as a miasmatic nosode and her constitutional. 2 subsequent acute flare-ups responded swiftly to Calc-Sulph (they were eruptions on the scalp).
Hope this is helpful.
