Do you know of it, and what part of the tree was used ?

Wish I did
it is mentioned both on Jeremy Sherr's site and Jorg Wichmann's site
the proving was published in Belgium 1991
in what looks like a journal:
Rev. Belg. Homoeopath 1991 Sept 43 (3)
that's all I know about it
