The paper says:
"We did not prove an association between measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine and the syndrome described.
Virological studies are underway that may help to resolve this issue."
This study was retracted by the Lancet - not because they did anything wrong - it was just a case report - report on cases. but too dangerous for the vaccine industry
