Try not to be so gullible as to believe everything written by those who also sell supplements, etc. for a living or have promo ties to those who do. Didn't Dana Ullman team up with Mike Adams, the Health Ranger???
Vitamin D is now being promoted as a possible cure for cancer and diabetes. The studies described are for those with deficient, not insufficient levels of vitamin D.
If you don't have your blood levels done, how do you know where you are at to begin with? Deficiency of vitamin D is primarily a third world issue.
If vitamin D is such a panacea then Irene, who wrote she took 70,000IU/week, shouldn't have needed to go back on insulin as she described on the beyondhom list.
