An ethical challenge to combination prescribers /now cholera

Post by Jean Doherty »

I wonder if we could discuss what we would do if there was a cholera epidemic in our locality. Having been reading Mc Coll Smith's Isabel Dalhousie books the moral dilemma's presented to homeopaths are great. Should we volunteer to help??
Was visiting in hospital tonight and a patient next bed had a raging fever after a knee replacement ,was not thirsty and wished to put ice on it. He has been on huge doses of antibiotics for several days .How useful would it have been to suggest Apis or Ledum but SAP though in pain did not feel ill. I think Apis would have felt ill. This as often happens is an exercise devoid of opportunity to treat but may be of interest, Jean
