Thanks for posting this. So inspirational ! I sent it on to the members of the Homeopathic Nurses Association as well as friends. The next NCH conference in the US has as it's focus ways to talk to Congress and the media. If you are in the US or Canada, please consider coming to the conference the 8-9 of April 2011 in Alexandria VA, it should be wonderful !

Dear Sue,
I live in the UK and didn't even know about that conference although I noticed people in the video I knew!!!! What impressed me was the woman (President?) of the Faculty of Homeopaths as they are the medically trained homeopaths - MD's and the like , as opposed to the non medically trained like most of us in the UK.

Dear Rochelle,

I was able to recognize only a few people but did get to put a face to a name for a few people ! It is about time we as a community do something like this. The US and Canada have held a summit meeting in Toronto last Oct to address educational Standards and Competencies for North America. For us, the doctors were part of the group, until they stated they wanted a separate S & C document that addressed medically trained homeopaths, apparently a homeopath- is a homeopath- is a homeopath doesn't apply to them ! Glad Md's in the UK are not as stuck up. Those of us not MDs outnumber the MDs here as well. Oh well !

will present Homeopathy Meets the World and International Forum as the theme,
which promises to carry forward what was started in October in England and Canada
