I have a 70+ years lady patient with diabetes She is taking glucophage500mg 2 times a day.
She is also suffering from Osteoporosis
her present condition is that she can not walk on her feets now she uses wheel chair.

Her main problem is frequent urination with a minimum interval of 15 min. I tried causticum 200 twice a day for 15 days but she did not showed any response.
anyone can help me to treat her ???? Dr. abid

It sounds to me as if her blood sugar is not stabilised as uncontrolled diabetes can cause profuse urination. When did she last have an Hb1 Ac and what was the result? That would be the first thing I would check.

The diabetes is certainly a major consideration and deserves primary and immediate investigation. Also check her back – depending on the deterioration of vertebra there may be pressure on the nerves that control urination/urge to urinate. I’ve had patients successfully reduce the ‘frequent urge’ with improvement in posture and therapy for muscles that help support the back, as well as changes of cushion in wheelchairs. Lots of experimentation. I would think acupuncture/acupressure could also help – if nerve structures are the problem. Long term, I’ve seen the most improvement with homeopathic support of nerves and back coupled with excellent nutrition and physical therapy – but the healing process is exceptionally slow and frustrating for the patient.

Get the sugar checked if it is high then you have quite a list of
remedies to work on. If it is not high you might consider two
remedies Bar-c and Ery-a. Bar-c is good for the frequent urination of
old people. Ery-a has frequent urination day and night.

No matter what remedy you start with you will eventually need to find
a constitutional remedy for her.
