Bilateral atrophy of testis. FSH(folliclar stimulating hormone is too high. LH is also high). Modalities- Size of both testes increase after urination and sometimes after eating, and also increase in size after bathing. Have lot of mental problems with it. Before three years attacked by mumps orchitis(Both testis). Sexual power and urge totally diminished.Gas problems and stool irregularities with it.

Anyone exprienced can suggest somthing.

Extension - you don't mention any

Modalities - << urinating, eating, bathing (you need more details if possible)

Causation - possibly Mumps, is there any other possible aetiology

Concomitants - h/o orchitis, + sexual urges diminished + flatulence - but you don't mention what the mental and/or emotional sx are which could help understand the case substantially

Staphysagria might be worth looking at though - general sx of << after loss of fluids (urinating); atrophy testicles; orchitis from mumps; lots of flatulence; sexual neurasthenia - but it is unlikely you'll find the simillimum without more information
