I have had similar events in my life. I look at them as an injury that left a weakness which can be
aggravated easily. So the healing is not just the fracture or initial sprain but the residual weakness
in that joint, muscle, ligament or tendon. And that is what needs healing.
I have used homeopathic acute remedies with very limited success but have found the constitutional
worked much better. A rotator cuff injury 20 months ago is a case in point. Very little stress would
keep aggravating and causing painful inflammation as happened this past summer. The constitutional
rx seemed to work quickly. I also work with cold laser (low level laser) and that helps significantly.
It was this healing protocol that rebuilt the soft tissues in my knee and enabled me to avoid crippling
circumstances in my life. This protocol also strengthened the soft tissue in my wrist which let loose
one year allowing the bones to fall out of place--big ouch. Actually that is exactly what happened with
my knee but I didn't know about the laser at the time and homeopathy was doing zilch. Two short
treatments with the laser did the healing of the soft tissue and I have been free of the problem for
5 yrs now.
I know we all like the great successes of homeopathy, but when a rx is not chosen quickly, an acute problem
can become a chronic weakness with long term consequences. With great humility, I try to stay open to
other processess that can speed healing.

Subject: [Minutus] Knee seizing up

Had an accident today in the garden. Old ankle injury and 3 broken toes on left foot taking a very long time to heal (6+ months) but improving slowly over time. Pulling out a large old dead root system I stepped back and onto a loose rock. Old injuries started to ache immediately. As day went on, pain steadily increased in old injuries and left knee started aching slowly. Now (about 6 hours later) the knee feels like it is about to seize up (currently still have motion). Pain intense on bearing weight. No swelling or bruising (took 1 Arnica 30c within 30 minutes of accident).
Suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your kindness.
