White spots on skin - Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis

I started noticing a few white spots on my skin recently. My dermatologist confirmed that these spots are Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis , they are harmless and quite common as you age (I'm 36, female, fair skin) but from a cosmetic point of view they are annoying...
Is this something homeopathy can treat? I've found online that the following homeopathic drugs can help: Alumina, Arsenic sulph flavum, Calcaria carb, Merc sol, Sepia, Silicea.
Can anyone here advise on this please? or has any experience treating this with homeopathy? I also heard that Folic Acid and B12 can help with re-pigmnentation of the skin.
Thank you.
