There is NO automatic repetition with LMs. Please read the Organon. You only repeat as and when needed.

The idea with LM is basically the repetition part. If you give a
single dose of LM and wait and watch, it will act the same way as C
potency. When I referred to LM I was referring to quick repetitions
such as a daily dose or every other day dose. This can later be
reduced if the picture has not already changed.

Once the picture changes we tend to change the remedy in LM -
exception being if the new symptoms are the recurrence of some old
symptoms that are coming back, where we have to wait and see if they
don't go away without any aid.
