We won, the health care law has been ruled unconstitutional

Post by John Harvey »

Just to be clear: this e-mail from Senator Cuccinelli is NOT referring to S-510, the bill set to close down all food producers not part of Big Ag.

Senator Cuccinelli clarifies, in a short note, that "a federal judge here in Virginia has declared that the healthcare bill's provision forcing citizens to purchase health insurance is unconstitutional".

Kind regards,

John

That is true but several other judges in other cases ruled it constitutional.
The Executive Branch will challenge this ruling and it will probably go to the Supreme Court
where it will become more deeply entrenched into law. I am not optimistic with this process.
It seems to me the people need a ground swell of mass resistence and that will be the only
way to defeat this bills horror.
We are being assaulted with the same kind of controlling power grab on every level right now.
The TSA legalized rape of the public is too outrageous for words. It seems people from other
countries have a stronger reaction judging by the 34% drop in overseas visitors. An Indian
ambassador was manhandled in one of the glass cages and is incensed. She wrote a protest
letter stating she will never come back to this country.
The list of such assaults on our privacy is growing astronomically and is almost impossible to
keep up with.

You're right, and it's important that it be identified and deprecated as you're doing.
