I'm uncertain what you're getting at in relation to the best way. In your original note, you seem to be thinking along the lines of being prepared for an epidemic should one arise, so it sounds like we'd be looking at cholera in general. But I get the impression that you're thinking not so much about remedy selection as where, when, how, and whether to intervene; how we might be most help in relation to our neighbours and the usual medical responses that are likely to occur. Is that so?

I think a discussion of a Homeopaths approach to a cholera epidemic should be general knowledge and something worth discussing. The second part which is the moral dilemma often faced is that it is probably unwise to say anything unless invited irrespective of how frustrating that is and how convinced one is that one could help. I suppose everyones journey in life is different and that has to be respected.
Also wishing to change repetition of views expressed endlessly which is OK but I am so weary at the moment..
