Spokesperson for the Supp. Industry - Nutrition

Post by comdyne2002 »

RE: Jennifer Ruby post:
Radiation IS NOT HARMFUL! We have been sold a bill of goods. The dangers of nuclear radiation has been one of the greatest lies of the 20th Century. Did you ever wonder why Nagasaki and Hiroshima are now major metropolitan centers? Did you know that the cancer rates in these cities are lower on average than the rest of Japan? Did you know that the survivors of these tragedies live longer than the average Japanese citizen and have fewer health issues than does the general population? Did you know that there have been no birth defects in children of both of these cities and of those near Chernobyl? Did you know that the fungus of cancer is often destroyed in situ by those wearing radioactive stones calibrated to their specific conditions? Did you know that bacterial growth is directly proportional to the amount of ambient radiation and that those in too low of an environment don't flourish and die? Many bacteria are necessary for our health and they grossly outweigh pathogenic bacteria that are easily destroyed when radiation levels rise above background sufficient to stimulate healthy cellular growth?

The linear no threshold LNT concept is false. We lack adequate levels of radiation necessary to stimulate growth and to maintain our immune systems. There are Radon mines i Europe who have been utilized for centuries to treat chronic conditions like lung issues and arthritis.

These exists a range of exposure where too little or too much radiation is dangerous but in the range of efficacy many great things happen. Too little sunlight is harmful to us as is too much. This is also true for radiation. The range known for health benefits is termed Radiation Hormesis. I suggest that everyone reading this temporarily suspend their beliefs and Google this term, you will be amazed!

Secondly, it is vaccines that are responsible for our modern diseases. This swill was developed in WW-2 Nazi concentration camps by the very same companies that make vaccines today. SIDS, Shaken Baby Syndrome and Autism are directly traced to vaccination. The evidence is very clear. Big Pharma is not our savior, they are our assassins! Caveat Emptor! Carmi Hazen

Where do you get this idea from? I seem to remember seeing harrowing pictures of infants born after the Chernobyl disaster with all kinds of deformities and other disorders.
Plus, how do you explain that a lot of radiologists (more than the general population) die from cancer?

And further to my previous post, please follow this link below:

I personally trust Greenpeace - they struggle single-handedly against many environmental problems, and are so hated by the British government that they have always been denied charity status (so they have to pay taxes on their donations)etc.
I cannot begin to imagine where you get your ideas from! This kind of argument is manna for governments world-wide - and for health authorities treating cancer!

Hi Joy
You misunderstood my last email - the line below was a quote from Carmi, not my personal opinion at all.
I have sent chapter and verse of how there have been - very much indeed! - birth defects and disastrous after-effects from Chernobyl radiation.
I don't know where Carmi gets her statements from - like I said, it's manna for the drug companies and other such organisations: let's irradiate everything and blast cancer with radiation! It's good for you!!
The mind boggles!

It wasn't meant for you and that's why I omitted your part of the post :-)

I cannot believe a healthy discussion is going to emerge from this - dismay

Those people who suffered from radiation damage and subsequent birth defects were very likely those who ingested radioactive material which became lodged in the tissues of the body. These people became self radiated and no doubt exceeded the exposure levels over time. Of course they would have serious issues.

Hormesis, however, is a different matter and the levels of exposure, which fall into the so-called safe range receive great benefits. For thousands of years people have visited radon mines in Europe and have partaken in the healing waters of various resort spa areas high in background radiation and moderate levels of radon gas. Even in the U.S. there are some mines in Montana where people go to seek relief from various ailments.

While there might be some benefit to radiation, I am concerned that your presentation here is too
superficial and flies in the face of much experience to the contrary. I work with Radon gas somewhat
which is a form of natural radiation. This gas can kill if it enters homes at even very low levels. I have
never heard a report that noted benefits at highly diulted levels and damage only above another.
I think the point here was that exposure to toxic radiation is part of the toxicity of our environment and
adds to the stress burden of our bodies.

We have been led to believe that all radiation is harmful. This was extrapolated on a graph as a straight line and is the basis for the theory of LNT aka Linear No Threshold. Scientists assume that this is correct and as a result they will defend it to the death never having evaluating much evidence to the contrary.

Such is the case of the Radon scare in the U.S. Exposures under 500 REM have been shown to be highly beneficial. Having been trained as a radiation worker in the Navy, I too believed all that I was told. I now know that I was misled by sincere people who believed it as well. Its just like your doctor believing in vaccinations when it is well-known for them to be useless against disease and there is much evidence that they cause severe harm. Even if he discovers the truth, he will continue to carry forth the medical torch because his livelihood depends upon it. Eventually some of them awaken to the truth and suffer terrible guilt in their having harmed their patients in pursuit of the almighty dollar. No wonder so many of them are alcoholics and drug addicts. Caveat Emptor! Carmi Hazen
