Dear everyone,

I would like to ask your kind attention for the following:

In a nutshell: I'm a woman of 46 1/2 years old. Since about 3 years I'm under homeopathic treatment. My main issue initially was mental/behavioral. But after the first two homeopaths I started having major issues with my menses (heavy bleeding, prolonged bleeding, blood clots, severe cramping, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea).
Since almost 1 1/2 years I'm under treatment with my third most wonderful and skillful homeopath, who's also a member of this list, and things go well.

So my question is not about that. My question is that during my last menses I start wondering if the mobile phone that I always carry in a waist bag aka money belt around my waist (I run a business where I'm on the move a lot and I need to be reachable all day, thus a landline isn't helpful there) can have influence on my menses?
During the last year the bleeding was usually for about three days in the beginning of my menses. This menses it was about 1 day, then it reduced a lot. This menses started while I was visiting my parents and did not have a mobile phone with me. On the fourth day in the evening I traveled back home with little bleeding during the travel which took a day (= day 5). Once home the mobile returned into my money belt. Little bleeding in the morning, with a sudden boost for about 2 hours and with huge blood clots around 2pm. I took the money belt off, bleeding reduced.
7th day. No bleeding till about 11am, then again a sudden boost with again big blood clots after I had done some errands for an hour and had the mobile in my belt. Once home again I took the belt of and bleeding reduced.
8th day After waking up no bleeding, then yet again lots of bleeding with big blood clots after having had the mobile on me for about an hour. Bleeding down after belt of, and increase in the late afternoon after belt on.
Today is 9th day. Most of morning behind pc and money belt next to me on table. Little bleeding.

Is this coincidence, can it be due to the remedy I'm taking (Merc LM01 and just started with that about a week before this menses started), can it be climatic (I was in cold Holland for 2 weeks and now back in hot and humid Thailand), am I seeing ghosts, or have I just recovered a very important cause for the troubles I have with my menses?

Of course, I will ask my homeopath this same question, but I'm very interested in your experiences as well. Has any of you experienced or heard of this?

Seriously though, I do not know if we have the reliable science to tell us that mobile phones are a danger to our health and even if so it would still be about susceptibility.

But weird and wonderful things can happen with the simillimum and all I could offer is that being in a 'Mercury' state might well have released this situation, i.e. working in tandem with something that needs to be resolved because there is a mercury issue with phones so this becomes part of the totality of the case - whether or not it means you have to stop using a phone though is up for debate.

There is a lot of info about mercury and cell phones out there which might clarify or confuse but there could be a connection but am sure your homeopath will give the best perspective.

I think it is significant that you have found a possible link between your mobile phone and your menses. I had a patient once who got pains in his head everytime he put his mobile phone to his ear. I gave the Nuala Eising version of Mobile phone remedy to him - I think it was 30 C and he never had the problem again. There are various versions of this remedy but Nuala Eising was the original one with a full proving. If your homeopath is interested I can send her/him my notes on this remedy to see if they suit your case.

Dear Dr. Tikari,
I have gone through the case. It is interesting observation no doubt, yet it is still to be explored thoroughly if the bleeding is Mobile Phone induced. The proving of Mobile Phone has been conducted, and there is literature on that, amongst the provings recorded under the ISIS Software, Vision, version. However, right now, I am not in a position to comment on that. However, the important observation in this case is that the bleeding is due to the belt, and when she removes the belt, she is better. Further, she is in the menopausal age, and at this age the females are also prone to Uterine Fibroids. Thus, before rushing to conclusion about Mobile Phone, I would prefer to exclude this aspect first.

It looks like that I was sensitive for the mobile phone. Although it was the belt I took of, the mobile was in it. If I had the belt on without the mobile the bleeding did not increased not were there those huge blood clots.

As for Uterine fibroid; it is suspected that I have those. Soon I have to have another check up and then I may know more. I just don't really like X-rays and ultrasounds. Would like to keep those to an absolute minimum.

I understood from my homeopath that we continue with the Merc for the moment, but I needed to wait till my menses finished.
It was definitely an interesting experience and a little scary as well.
