fear of deep water, or ?

I'm wondering whether this is useful as a "fear" or not? She says: " When in the water (pond) at night, terrifying. I do it anyway. … Like fluttery terror in my chest, like the invisible lake sharks are going to eat me. Like something’s going to come up from the deep, going to eat me or grab me, or attack me."
She's talking about swimming at night in a pond, which seems not really an unreasonable situation for nerves... So I could consider "fear of dark water" (only alum-s) or "fear of large bodies of water" (Med only)--or should I just ignore it as a "reasonable" fear? (Alone in deep water in the dark, hm......)
Thanks,
Shannon
