Dear Dr. Krishnamurthy,
I was very interested to read your description of Plethora. You are correct. These individuals are difficult to treat. They do not notice that they have a problem until it is very severe. When you ask them for symptoms, they slowly come pouring out during the treatment, but it is difficult to get the symptoms on the first interview because they are unaware of internal weaknesses. I am using Grant Bentley's method of facial analaysis. These broad rubrics are very useful and I am grateful for your kindness in sharing your knowledge.
Best,
Ellen Madono
