wasps - off topic

We have wasps (+nest) with yellow and black striped WINGS. Never seen anything like them. Have searched Google and got no where. Anyone any ideas?

I certainly don't declare too much but my state pension is £5400 per annum and I also get £7K net from teachers pension so that uses up my tax allowance.
