You are correct

LM or Q (for quinquagentamillesimal) where the eventual dilution is 1:50,000
50 (fifty) (quinquaginta) + 1,000 (one thousand) (mille
The term Quinquaginta is Latin 50 and millesmial means 1000. This is the correct Latin term for the Fifty Millesimal potency. The term LM is not actually correct in that it literal means 950 rather than 50 thousand.
50,000 in Roman numerals is L with a bar over it
The actual Roman numeral for 50, 000 is ICCC with the Cs reversed to face the left hand side.

What we get as "Q" is mother tincture,
& so much diluted like 1:50,000
