OK, interesting - had a lady come in to where I work looking for 'Belladonna on its own'. She suffers migraines and one of the few things she's found to be helpful was given to her by her friend, purchased in one of the South American countries. It is belladonna and tylenol (paracetomol) combined in the one tablet. She knows the tylenol doesn't work on it's own so wanted to try belladonna by itself. I assumed it would have been belladonna in potency - but knowing that belladonna potentially still gets used herbally makes a bit more sense.

Interesting! And most definitely not homeopathy, despite the familiar names!
Wouldn't it be interesting to contrast a blow-by-blow record of one of those "cures"--together with the patient's follow-up--with a homeopathic cure of a similar case, and its follow-up! (No doubt including a comparison of "side-effects" with "side-benefits"!)
