Homeopathy - Some great news from the UK Parliament NOT

Hi Sheri,

There seems to be some confusion here - these are what we call EDMs - Early Day Motions - they have been tabled by David Treddinnick MP a supporter of homeopathy - they don't mean ANYTHING unless 200 Other MPs sign on as agreeing with the motion - where upon it then has the opportunity to be DEBATED in parliament.

There's a long long way to go before these motions can even be discussed.

Skeptics are complaining about the nerve of Treddinnick even putting them on the table ahead of the BMA meeting end of this month when they are going to recommend the end of NHS homeopathy on the basis of no evidence.

It's important everyone understands this because the movement to gather enough signatures to put this on the debating agenda is just kicking off.
