My daughter is intensely scared of spiders. It doesn't help that all of a sudden a ton have appeared. SHe doesn't want to sleep in her room as she thinks they will get in her bed. It is almost like an anxiety attack where her breathing gets rapid and she can't speak even though she wants to calm down, crying. THis has been with her since she was younger and for no apparent reason that I know of. I am not asking for a case to be taken but what are some remedies off the top of your head that have such an intense fear of spiders? FYI she has been on Silica although her last dose was 3-4 months ago

The fears of Silicea belong to an underlying fear or anxiety that something will be taken from them or that they are unable to perform in an appropriate manner or what is expected of them - generally they are very easily frightened. In the delusional state they do have a thing about vermin but not always specifically spiders. Also, intense fears do often form a theme throughout a whole case and do often relate to something else rather than the actual object of the fear.
