This came this morning in a Mercola newsletter, and I think it's interesting.
I know some here like Mercola and others not so much, so would be interested if anyone thinks he has anything wrong here. (It does indeed match my own understanding.)

A new study finds that it does not matter what form fat is consumed in -- saturated, mono- or poly-unsaturated; all of them perform poorly when it comes to producing a feeling of fullness.

Previous studies have suggested that polyunsaturated fats may be more effective at suppressing appetite, but the study found no difference.
