Strange rash modalities

Long term patient with a blotchy itchy rash possibly caused as a reaction to penicillin has just noticed that after resting lying down the rash goes and on getting up and moving around it returns.
Any ideas on how to rep this one?
She also has developed since the rash a ball sensation at the top of her stomach that comes when she is thinking about the work she has to do and goes when she EFT's it away but it returns again with the thoughts.
Thoughts much appreciated. I have given her Caladium 12x as an antidote to penicillin and the rash went away but returned however it may have gone because she had a rest in bed. Have given Apis 30 - one dose because of swollen hands - this seems to have gone at the moment.
