I don't know Morrish's book, but Vithoulkas's is very readable and categorises follow-up scenarios brilliantly. Herbert A. Roberts's Principles and Art of Cure by Homoeopathy is perhaps more academic than Vithoulkas's book, but too is easily readable and accurate. Before reading any of these, it might help to read something that conveys the fundamentals absolutely clearly. One such is Vithoulkas's Homeopathy: Medicine of the New Millennium.
A quick look at the site whose URL Kerry provided suggests that Morrish's book too is an introduction to the fundamentals rather than a guide as to how to practise. The fundamentals are important, though; too many homoeopaths go into practice without the most basic understanding of what homoeopathy is; fail as a consequence; and feel compelled to replace the homoeopathic task, which is to find the substance best able to mimic the patient's symptoms, with increasingly speculative guesswork -- and to call that homoeopathy. Thence arises much confusion.
