Post hysterectomy

Patient - 4 weeks post hysterectomy , just starting with hot flushes but would rather do homeopathy than HRT.
I went to a Madeleine Evans menopause seminar years ago and she reckoned if women come off HRT after years to give them an Arnica high as their body is in shock so was wondering if this would work for this woman. Anyone any experience of this situation?
She has done brilliantly in that she doesn't even feel she has had an operation,. Good old Bellis P 6 for a couple of weeks after!! Works every time.
