can remedy be added to water with vitamin C dissolved in it? I accidentally took a dose in such solution (I forgot that i had added vitamin C powder in the water bottle)
will this affect the efficacy of the remedy?

I think it would probably work fine; but you can find out best by comparing effects from that dose, with effects from doses before and after--an accidental experiment!

It's *better* to stick to "protocol"--pure water--because you remove uncertainty; but remedies have often been given successfully in all sorts of ways, including e.g. in food; in baby formula; in beer; in hot coffee; in eardrops; in bathwater...

So I would think vitamin C powder will probably not stop it from acting!
